Smoked Salmon Crostini with Persian cucumber & crème fraiche
Shrimp and Sweet Potato Empanadas with Pineapple and Ginger glaze

Dinner
Baby Green Salad with roasted golden beets, goat cheese, pecans, sherry vinaigrette
Seared Diver Scallop with Vanilla bean sweet potato puree, green bean gremolata
Syrah Braised Short Rib with Yukon gold potato and butternut squash gratin, sautéed spinach, red wine demi-glace

Dessert

Dark Chocolate Pot de Crème with Seasonal berries
